Inside our Gurmè Restaurant you will find a wide range of specialties of the typical Bolognese and italian cuisine: genuine and local products to be enjoyed in a bright and modern environment.
All the rooms have undergone an important restyling and, thanks to a dedicated inlet and extraction system, they guarantee a complete air change every 6 minutes, an essential measure to ensure high levels of safety against the transmission of viruses.
It is possible to find inside a delicate, emotional and very natural atmosphere, created by the large windows, which allow you to witness wonderful light games filtered by the lush foliage of the trees.
The two rooms that make up the Gurmè Restaurant alternate the large and bright spaces of the main room, overlooking the splendid internal garden, with the warm colours of the new room, decorated with a modern and elegant style, perfect for an exclusive corporate dinner.
In addition to "à la carte" and the breakfast service, it is possible to organize gala dinners, exclusive banquets, pleasant refreshments and business lunches.
During the summer months it is possible to organize outdoor events on the spacious and welcoming terrace located on the first floor, an ideal space for organizing graduation parties, weddings, celebrating important moments or planning exclusive business meetings.

The menu created by our Chef combines the classic dishes of the Bolognese tradition with numerous italian cousine specialties, with particular focus on the seasonality of the products and the quality of the raw material, in order to guarantee a high-level gastronomic experience.

The lounge bar of the AEMILIA HOTEL is the perfect place to enjoy a moment of relax during the day.
In addition to the interior spaces, which have been renovated with design elements and comfortable seating, the AEMILIA HOTEL bar opens onto the outdoor terrace, surrounded by greenery, equipped with a pergola and comfortable armchairs, where customers can enjoy an aperitif, a simple afternoon coffee or a coffee break.
Near the bar, our customers find two unique lounges where to spend relaxing moments.
They have undergone a complete restyling, which has redesigned the concept and the liveability of the spaces.

TERRACE AND WINTER GARDEN
Our terrace is located on the first floor, in the quiet of a space surrounded by greenery, adjacent to our lounge bar, where guests can spend very pleasant moments of relaxation and tranquility.
In autumn, the outdoor terrace turns into our “Winter Garden”, a space with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, suitable for both corporate events and pleasant moments of pause.
